Su-27 fighter jets are no longer used in Belarus. The decision on their future fate will be made by the end of the year. The information was released by Belarusian Defense Minister that told “We have stopped using Su-27 aircraft. They have little lifespan left judging by some technical parameters. These aircraft have been used for 25 years. A decision is being made on what we should do with them. Once the decision is made, we will either sell them or modernize them or repair them. I think that some decision will be made by the end of the year”.
