USAF rotates F-16s in Poland

The USAF has rotated its Aviation Detachment in Poland, with the arrival of an undisclosed number of Lockheed Martin F-16C/D Fighting Falcon fighters at Lask Air Base.
The aircraft and approximately 150 personnel from the 510th Fighter Squadron (FS) arrived in Poland Aviano Air Base in Italy to conduct joint training exercises over the coming weeks. While the USAF did not say how many aircraft were rotated, it is known that 12 F-16s were deployed to Poland earlier in the year.
According to the USAF, as part of their training activities these aircraft will support the upcoming Exercise 'Ample Strike' in the Czech Republic.
