MV-22s in Japan to start full operations next month

Japan's Defense Minister suggested Friday that the MV-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft at the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station in Okinawa Prefecture is likely to begin full-fledged operations in December.
