Tras retrasos de mas de tres años, el proyecto de Boeing para la fabricación de 4 aviones AEW para Turquía vuelve a retomarse. Turquía y Boeing están cerca de cerrar un nuevo calendario para el programa, y Turquía espera recibir el primer avión antes del fin de 2011.

After facing delays of more than three years, a $1.6 billion program headed by Boeing to construct four specialized planes for Turkey’s military is now back on track. Turkey and Boeing are cose to agreeing with Boeing to a revised timetable for the program. Turkey hopes to receive the first aircraft before the end of 2011.
