The discussion touched upon security guarantees, bilateral dialogues, and preparations for the fourth meeting on the Formula for Peace in Davos. Zelensky expressed gratitude for Canada's support and assurances of sustained assistance in the coming year. In a notable shift, Norway decided to permit direct sales of defense products from its industry to Ukraine, effective from January 1, 2024, citing Russia's aggression as a grave threat.
