Speaking to reporters on the North Korean attack at a breakfast briefing, Gen. Norton Schwartz, the U.S. Air Force chief of staff, said his service has “substantial capabilities on the Korean peninsula and in the immediate environs.”
Schwartz also touched on the issue of tactical nuclear weapons and said they won’t be returning to the Korean theater.
